(2) Water used in such a way that water can be part of the supplement, such as when such water comes into contact with components, dietary supplements, or a contact surface, must at least comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements and must not contaminate the supplement. OSHA requires employers to provide hygienic and immediately available washrooms (washrooms) to all employees. The hygiene standards (29 CFR 1910.141, 29 CFR 1926.51 and 29 CFR 1928.110) are designed to ensure that workers do not experience any health effects that could occur if toilets are unhygienic and/or unavailable when needed.
